Sunnynode! VPS rentals for less!

Unsponsored Personal Post

Sunnynode, what is it and why should you care? Simply put Sunnynode is a VPS hosting site, but it does things a bit differently. First and foremost it’s 50% cheaper than vultr for the same hardware, so if you’re an avid VPS user on vultr, maybe you should consider a switch. The platform is more than just hardware though, they have professional customer service and have already shown that they will continue to update themselves and push the project forward, this is shown to be true in their recent update, Sunnynode’s website used to be lackluster and quite frankly seemed to lack in a lot of ways. However, after a few months of maintenance the website itself is quite impressive, lots of attention to detail as well as a flushed out purchasing option. No loner is Sunnynode exclusively for Masternode VPS purposes, they have expanded out of that niche market and are willing to host all sorts of VPS projects, Masternodes still seem to be at the top of their list as it is mentioned several times across the platform and there is even a one-click masternode section, but the VPS’ purpose is up to the users so web developers feel free to build upon it. Most of the website seems like pretty standard stuff for a VPS page, pick your choice and OS then it’s yours for the rental duration, what intrigued me the most wasn’t the cost effectiveness of the page but their option to rent a full infrastructure node. This thing has some serious horsepower, will be sourced, maintained, and set-up by the team. Furthermore it will be maintained in Missouri, USA. An interesting choice but a unique one no less. These infrastructure nodes could be a game changer in the macrocosm that is cryptocurrency, allowing project developers who maintain dozens of masternodes or Masternode boutiques to stack hundreds of nodes on just a few boxes, bringing down their own overhead and drawing attention to Sunnynode. Arguably the second most interesting thing behind Sunny Node is that soon it will be backed by a cryptocurrency known as Zentoshi. I will cover them in a separate article, but once their coin goes live you will have the option of paying for Sunnynode with their utility coin at a 20% discount, which could really hurt a lot of other VPS providers since the average Masternode is a $5 2GB RAM option from Vultr, paying with Zentoshi on Sunnynode could bring cost down to $2 a month which is a savings of $3 compared to Vultr, $36 in a year if you only run one Masternode, if you ran several you could save over $100 a year. Which may seem small but think about all the shitcoins you could buy! Currently they only accept PayPal but they will be adding support for Visa, Mastercard, and several popular cryptocurrencies, in the future their own coin. Currently they don’t have very many one-click Masternode options but I would assume with all things that will expand with time. It is definitely a project I will be keeping my eyes on and as it grows and expands I will be adding and updating posts. Currently to celebrate the grand opening of their new system they are offering 50% off new VPS systems, I would recommend giving them a shot for a month, just to test the service, and being able to save 50% each month if you’re currently on vultr would be pretty cool too.
