Send burst to Big Burst Share

  1. Each send to the balance = 1 share
  2. Send less than 5001 burst = Eliminated.
  3. Over 5000, shares with lowest 10% of burst = Eliminated.

Eliminated = burst added to balance, share/address no payout.

Random Payout = balance equally divided by shares and sent back to each sender address.
