In a moment of crisis you can see the true side of a company (kraken.com)
Well as we all know kraken upgrade is not going well. Apparently they are battling a not reproducible bug in their new trade engine which only happens in the production environment.
Yes it is very annoying and some of my coins are currently locked too but the communication by a kraken member is exceptional. They are very transparent and that speaks for itself.

I would say they have handled this crisis really well and I’m convinced the exchange will come out of this stronger than before.
Note: I’m not working for kraken. I’m just an average crypto trader.

Sucks it's not going smoothly, but at least they're taking the hit of keeping the site down UNTIL they're sure it's fixed. A little bad now is way better than a lot wors later.
Also, hopefully this upgrade will have Kraken actually work. THat's worth being down for a few days (despite the large dollar amount I didn't make because it was closed down).
Yeah I have lost money too but there is not much we can do about it and there is always another opportunity in crypto
