It would never be people who use exchanges that can get those bottom prices. The people who run the exchanges would have the say in that. Honestly this is an example that currency manipulation by having the exchanges somehow be a medium to control evaluation of a cryptocoin. If it happened in June it will happen again in the future. History repeats itself.
