Logistic industries have played a great role in contributing to the growth of the world economy. You might have had need to order for some products that are not within your reach. Most times, these products you order are available in farther distances and you’re left with no other choice than to place orders for them. SKYFchain has taken up the challenge of repositioning the Robotic industry with its giant strider of developing the first Business-to-Robot (B2R) Operating Platform that is built on the blockchain technology. With SKYFchain, we’ll now have cargo robots and drones doing most logistic duties.

Before fully delving into the logistic industry, SKYFchain had a test-run on the oil and gas industry with its foremost industrial cargo airborne robot called SKYF drone. The result showed that the oil and gas industry has potentials of having about 10% reduction in their on-shore rigs supply cost if they are to use the SKYF drone for their supplies. This will allow SKYFchain facilitated access to its client base and in the near future, unmanned cargo systems for air, ground and sea will be integrated into the SKYFchain platform.

Statement of the Problem
The problem of logistic companies and logistic industries in general lies in their inability to integrate technological aspects for their deliveries. While some logistic companies use drones, others do not find it useful or likely undermine its benefit.

We ought to exceed the current delivery system we have now and be on a repositioning course for future logistic approaches. Hence, we ought to have another viable logistic approach to our logistic industry rather than the manned process which sometimes, are likely to fail at some point. Though some logistic companies had utilized some unmanned processes such as the use of drones, there are still technical hitches in their operations.

It is set to reposition the traditional logistic industry by introducing automated logistic equipments such as unmanned ships, vehicles and cargo robots. SKYFchain also aims at introducing air-borne drones by the year 2020 and by 2022; sea-borne and ground-borne robots will also be introduced.

With its automated processes, both the end-users and logistic companies will benefit from its unmanned approach to logistics and delivery systems.
