The most mysterious ICO you have (probably) ever seen
Hi everybody, that's my first post on Steemit ever ;)
Today I would like to mention probably the most mysterious ICO I have ever seen.
0x2x - that's the name, it was digged up on Chinese wechat but it is rather not the Chinese ICO. The purpose is to improve 0x project protocol (well pumped token by the way). Inscrutable founders talk about an airdrop for 0x token holder in November too. There is a pre-ico with bonus starting tomorrow.
But what's the mystery except the enigmatic site? There is a hidden text, probably some sort of cipher. I can't decipher it, unfortunately. I recognize only '3301' which usually refers to Cicada!
The hidden text is:

If you are more experienced with this kind of stuff, make a comment :) Not sure if I will invest in this pre-ico or not, but I would love to understand it.
