It's complete bullshit to sue an exchange over this. People are gambling with margin accounts and pissed off that they didn't set stop-loss orders correctly. People need to learn how to trade before they do stupid shit like this and blame other people for their mistakes. Can't blame a hacker and the DAO for this one. I don't really do price predictions, but I bet if there is some kind of bailout or Coinbase get's held accountable for this, ETH is headed south hard.
