Westland Storage - One more crypto SCAM
Westland Storage (https://westlandstorage.com/) is one more nicely packed Crypto SCAM. Scammers around the World are very innovative and they are always inventing new kind of things that can bring up investors that they can SCAM.
Westland's idea is very nice. Invest your Cryptos into Real Estate and profit from real estate leasing. Sound Perfect and I really hope that in the future there is gonna be many legit projects with that idea.
So why I believe that Westland Storage is not legit company?
Answer is very simple. IF YOU INVEST IN REAL ESTATE THERE IS NO 1% DAILY EARNINGS!
Whoever whenever invested in any legit real estate business knows that 365% earnings is not possible. There are many Real estate investment funds around the World and only extremely well managed can reach 10% or more Yearly profit.
1% guaranteed daily profit is simply NOT POSSIBLE and please don't fall for that. This is BitConnect like PONZI SCHEME where you earn until new referrals are investing money. When new money flow stops, everything breaks apart and you loose everything.
SCAMs like this one are not happening only in Crypto World, they are happening everywhere. When you are investing your money, you should analyze how realistic your ROI is. Yes, we all would like to have 1% guaranteed daily return for a lifetime but investments like that are simply not possible.

This is very similar to Bitconnect - they lured people in by promising very high daily interest for giving them your coins.
People never learn do they?
One thing I "can appreciate" at thieves is that they never stop reinventing themselves. Thus, we, the ones searching for good profit investments opportunities must reinvent ourselves also. You have a sharp eye neighbor. For both good opportunities and scams. Thumbs up!

Greedy investors will still fall for such scam the major problem with most people is greed, and these scammers are capitalizing on people's greedy nature to scam more innocent investors . There is no reasonable investments in this world that can earn you 365% ROI in just one year. Impossible
