Swift Lightning Project - Bitcoin Wallet built on top of Lightning Network
Lightning Network is slowly developing and it is crucial for mainstream acceptance of Bitcoin in my opinion. Swift Lightning Project is IOS App built on top of Lightning Network and it is huge step forward for Bitcoin. Using Lightning Network is very complicated for average user at moment and we need to reach point when somebody use LN without even knowing that. That will happen for sure and projects like Swift Lightning are steps toward that point.

Just like you said @cicbar using LN at the moment can be a pain in.....
But such apps are a MUST in order to keep it simple for the average user

No doubt lighting network is not easy to operate cor average users without knowing but we it is taken to such a level of ease it can easily accessed...
