I'm still not convinced until we can close above $9K for an extended period of time. We have seen swings of $1,000 either direction lately so nothing is out of the question. The SEC is holding a hammer above the head of most crypto traders with this investigation into dozens of ICOs. Once they announce their findings of their investigation we could see a huge crash in ETH prices and many ERC-20 tokens that will be deemed securities.
Just something to think about.
You bring a good point, but I go with my feeling and see a reversal trend in my mind.
