We can do it in Belgium or South Holland, not an issue and sure we can find 1 day in 2 months that suits us all. Question is: Do you like the idea? Would you be up for it?

I would be up for it, but my work schedule is... hectic at best. Don't feel bad if you can't find a day that works for me.
