The ETCH ICO has ended it apperas, and the website is updated now. The first line of their website reads:

"REDUCE THE TIME TAKEN BETWEEN WORKING AND GETTING PAID, TO ZERO"

I really like the overall concept of this company, and the leverage that people may gain by getting paid in essentially real time. This could make a big difference in people's lives, and perhaps their will be a reduction in all the payday loan locations. Additionally, a person's earnings will be able to go directly to an ETCH card, and the process doesn't even need to involve a bank.
