Global REIT is a blockchain based sharia-compliant Real estate investment trusts(REIT).
Global REIT was formed in Dubai, U.A.E early January, 2018.The company moved on to build it's blockchain platform with plans for it's Pre-ico in May and public ico in June.

GRET token is an ERC20 token that can be traded in token exchanges while the GREM token is a secondary ERC20 token. The GRET and GREM tokens would allow investors to partake in the dividends of the Global reit fund manager.
Funds Raised through sales of GREM tokens is allocated as follows;
35% would be used for sales & marketing
30% would be used for financial compensation for team
10% would be used for legal and regulatory expenses
5% would be used for Audit expenses.

While the funds raised from the sales of GRET tokens would be used to fund 22% of total price for the acquisition of the first asset under management.
