Of course, it is important to listen to people providing valid and constructive criticism. But in many cases the criticism points out things that the builders already know, are working on, and due to prioritization of resources, time constraints, and the desire to keep running reliable software, take time to work through.

Sometimes the time it takes to work through issues is on the order of months or even years.
