We are sending the sincerest apologies from the Electroneum team that your query has not been responded to yet. We currently have 7000+ support tickets and 3000+ social media messages which are team are trying to work through with more coming in by the second.
We are so close to getting everything live again and we thank every single investor for your patience and continued support at this time. Our website and app have been down for a number of days due to a potential security threat that was detected shortly after launching the wallets on November 1st. Our development team are working 27+ hour shifts to get the issues fixed before we can set the wallets live again.
We are aware that some coins are being sold already on Cryptopia, this is because there has been no issue with PC mining and therefore people have been able to gain coins this way – we know that this seems wholly unfair to those that invested during the ICO but please, please believe us when we say that we have your best interest at heart during this time.
As a result of the large number of support tickets we have decided to take some action and close some of the older tickets which have not yet been answered so that we can get the numbers down, this does not mean that we do not want to respond more than we are trying to eliminate requests that have been dealt with or have already been worked out. Therefore, if you are receiving your message this is an notification from the support team that we are closing your ticket, if you believe that you are still experiencing this issue please just respond to this letting us know that you are still actively looking for a response and a member of the team will get back to you when they can.
FAQ’s
How to buy coins?
Our token sale has ENDED. To get coins now you must mine them or trade them on an exchange.
My transaction is pending/wrong.
All of the support team are still unable to log in to my.electroneum and therefore we cannot check these at this time but please don’t panic! This does not mean that your transactions are in danger but just that the whole system is locked down to avoid any details getting in to the wrong hands. We therefore ask anyone who has queries regarding this to wait until the my.electroneum site is live again to double check your transactions before responding to this support ticket.
Will you be listed on other exchanges?
We are applying to the following exchanges: Cryptopia (already listed), HitBTC, Liqui, Poloniex, Evercoin, Bittrex, Bitfinex, Livecoin and Exmo.
I didn’t receive a password/ PIN reset email.
You would need to request this manually but until the my.electroneum site is live you will not be able to request a password reset. Once the site is live that is when EVERYONE will be required to do a password reset.
iOS app?
Our iOS app has been completed and is ready for launch. We are just waiting on Apple to give us the OK to release it. We are hoping to release it around November/December time but we'll keep you all updated via our Facebook/Twitter when we have any news regarding the iOS app.
How do I use Cryptopia/ HitBTC/ Liqui/ Poloniex/ Evercoin/ Bittrex/ Bitfinex/ Livecoin/ Exmo?
If you are struggling to navigate your way around any of the above exchanges or you are experiencing issues you should contact their support teams directly. We cannot troubleshoot problems on sites we do not own.
Coin price?
We are not in control of the listing price (and neither are the exchanges). The entire market is set by people buying and selling cryptocurrencies. The important thing to remember is that for someone to buy, someone else has to sell, and so the seller sets the initial price. We feel it's unlikely that people will list their Electroneum at a price that makes them a loss, so there is a very good chance that the price of Electroneum will be at or above the purchase price. Please note that we cannot control the market and this is not a prediction of increase, but we wanted our investors to understand how the exchange mechanism works.
Pools not working/ error message.
This is most likely due to high levels of traffic, please be patient.
