Have any of YOUR cryptos gained 1000%+ in value in the last two weeks?

I feel a bit strange writing about this again, especially so soon

It may seem like I want to push it, but really I don't have much to gain by doing so. I'm just struggling to believe how fast this particular investment of mine is growing and I feel I need to reiterate to my readers just what sort of returns I am getting from it.

Have any of YOUR cryptos gained 1000%+ in value in the last two weeks?

Of course I'm speaking about Vice Industry Token (VIT) again. I'm going to try to be brief, since little has changed since I blogged about it a week ago. I'm really only writing this post to emphasise how much I am making on that platform.

For those who may have missed it or who would like to read it again, here is the post I wrote about VIT a week ago: https://mentormarket.io/cryptocurrency/@bitbrain/the-steem-fork-you-don-t-know-about (Yes, it is forked from the STEEM blockchain). Please note that I ran into a platform problem while writing that post and it was uploaded completely unchecked, unedited and without pictures. I also warn you that VIT is all about porn, cannabis and gambling (at least it plans to be, for now it is just porn), so don't go visiting the VIT sites while there are kids in the room.

Exactly how much am I making?

In my VIT post of 23 September, I spoke about an ROI of 400% within a week. That was no lie. I'm not making money by sitting back an watching the price of VIT rise, in fact it has been doing quite the opposite. Since I have been using the VIT platform, the price of VIT has dropped from around $0.006 to around $0.0042 - a loss of 30%. Yet despite that I have earned so much VIT through curation rewards alone that I have now made a total profit of 800% ROI in two weeks! To put it another way: I have more than 12 times the VIT I started with two weeks ago, and all I am doing is curation, just like you do here on STEEM, only even easier.

Since my major VIT rewards only started paying out last Sunday (it took a while to get the rewards sorted out), it is only since then that I have had far more staking power than I originally put in. What that means is that from tomorrow I should start earning much greater curation rewards! This is because VIT also pays rewards seven days after the post is published. That ROI of mine isn't going to slow down any time soon. Right now the growth is exponential even with the dropping price!

What's the catch?

VIT is still not finished. The showcase site touch.tube is up and running, but all the peripherals still need to be put into place. But as I said in a comment below my previous VIT post, the team are working very hard and are making visible improvements on a daily basis. They are actually doing a far more impressive job than most other young cryptos that I have seen! This is surprising, but it's a pleasant surprise.

At the moment I still know of no way to convert between the ERC-20 VIT that you can buy on an exchange, and the native VIT that appears on the VIT blockchain (as used on touch.tube). But touch.tube does have a faucet, so you can always sign up there so long and start earning immediately. Yes a faucet does not give much, but most people are in the same boat. If you vote cleverly, or if you upload original or licensed content, you can earn far faster. Alternatively you can buy and hold the ERC-20 VIT and wait for it to become usable on the VIT chain. I have been keeping an eye on the social media channels, and it seems like that will soon become a reality.

There is also no way to currently split earnings like on STEEM. Everything goes into an "unclaimed" fund which you then "claim". Once claimed, that VIT becomes staked, just like STEEM POWER. There is no way to power down staked VIT yet, so that is where we are all stockpiling our VIT. But these things will all come in time, and since the more you stake, the more you earn (like on STEEM), having a lot of staked VIT is not a bad thing!

Final words

So once again: if you aren't too squeemish and it doesn't go against your moral compass, consider giving VIT a try. You don't have to watch the videos (honestly, I don't care for them myself). In my opinion it is a great chance to get in on a new platform before it becomes expensive to do so. As a reference: I am in the top 100 VIT holders and my initial investment on the platform (I only staked about 1/3 of my tokens as native VIT when I had the chance - silly me) was worth less than $10.

It's not every day that you get something for free. I suggest that you give VIT a try. See my previous post or the VIT webpages ( https://vicetoken.com or https://touch.tube ) for more details.

Humm, interesting. Gotta look into this.

It's not my first choice in places to invest, but I believe that it is silly to pass up a good opportunity. I mean: what's the worst that can happen if you only invest 10 bucks, or better yet, nothing at all? I've been looking for a platform that I can get into very early for a long time, this may just be it. Success is not guaranteed, but it is clearly growing rapidly (I can tell by the increasing number of users and the frequency and number of video uploads).

I upvoted your post.

Cheers to you.

so you can't stake VIT at the moment?

Not to my knowledge, no. Only the native VIT can be staked on the platform, there is no way to get ERC-20 VIT there yet. It was done once-off for ICO participants and then not again. But that should change any day now. You can also earn native VIT just by using the platform, same as with STEEM.

So when you say youve made ROI from curating, anyone can do this as long as they have VIT tokens or do you not even need the tokens?

You need them in the same way that you need staked STEEM to earn STEEM. Unlike STEEM who start you with a small base amount, VIT run a faucet which trickles roughly 2 VIT/day into your wallet. It's not much, but it's a start and it grows fast. If you have something to upload you could also gain VIT rapidly. Unfortunately I have been unable to find suitable videos to upload, everything is copyrighted or the licenses are owned by someone else.
