Ripple is used in 47 banks of Japan
According to unconfirmed reports, the Japan Banking Consortium, which includes about 47 banks, uses Ripple technology in its work. We are talking about 3 main technologies presented by Ripple Asia recently:
xCurrent - a corporate solution for financial institutions, which allows for international payments.
xRapid - an initiative to reduce the liquidity of payments, reducing the cost of all intermediaries
xVIA - allows you to not just send payments, but also provides invoices and payment status
And all this is based on the Interledger Protocol (ILP), which shortens the payment time to 0.025 seconds.
