Effect.AI is a decentralized network for artificial intelligence (AI).    This is also a decentralized marketplace where artificial intelligence algorithm can exchange their service and it is made up of application registry and endpoint
   

3. Effect.ai power is is more of decentralized system but in this case the algorithm is for easy distribution.
   With the improvement in technology effect.ai is our hope in computer and machine inteligence.
