TBC coin real or scam ?

I want to know TBC coin real or scam . some days ago i saw a post on steemit. someone write a article and he said TBC coin real and after some days anyone can exchange TBC coin.

I have a TBC account wallet and i have 0.00025 TBC and now this price 786 $ and now 1 TBC price 3130151 $ . if i have 1 TBC coin, where i can exchange it ?

My TBC wallet show, if i pay 10$ fee, when i can send my TBC coin. But i am confused about TBC. many time i search on google about TBC but maximum people said TBC is scam .

Now i want to know if i pay 10$ fee and active my send button, when i can exchange my TBC ?
