lol - be happy! That crap all... ICO simple stands for pure scam. People have nothing learned from DAO & like to get scammed on a regular basis. In fact who come to the idea to lock 100m worth of USD in ETH in some beta-code is anyway not clear in head. :)

Honestly I don't think that all of them are scams. Most of them are for sure but definately not all of them, but hey, I'm only a newbie so any feedback is always welcome as we're all searching for new opportunities!
it depend how you see it.... in fact I call all scams as they have valuations for mostly a whitepaper & a team what know each other from forums for a few weeks no other company with turnover has in that field.
