[Mooncoin is down] Nobody is mining Mooncoin (3 hours so far)

Hi guys,
I just opened my Mooncoin core wallet, and unfortunately, it can't catch up.
So far, no block has been mined and everything is stuck.

Here is a screenshot from the Mooncoin blockchain explorer :

Does anybody have an idea about this ? I think Mooncoin is down.
