Bitcoin, lower, lower TIME TO BUY SELL OR HOLD?

Is the bitcoin bubble now upon us?
With all time high's with bitcoin over the last two week's and the segwit going smoothly.

Is it time now for bitcoin to drop down and find even ground only time will tell, as bitcoin loose's ground monero, ripple have made great ground today.
