What is a bulletproof cryptocurrency portfolio and why should you have one?

A bulletproof cryptocurrency portfolio is a set of coins that provides you some security (just like a crypto ETF).

Its purpose is to provide to its holder some stability against the market`s fluctuations, as well as to serve as investment diversification. One of the most basic concepts fot any investor, is to diversify its portfolio to be in a safer and more comfortable position.

The disadvantage, on the other hand is that it might have a trade off between the portfolio growth, because the more profits one make (in %), the higher the leverage is, and, therefore, the higher the risk is.

So, as my purpose with this series is to try to show the most stable scenario possible (and yet it can`t be that stable), the strategy that will be adopted is to build up a strong and robust portfolio against the worst scenario possible.

This way, the techniques and concepts that I will present here, although may be really basic ones, will help one to grow one`s investment portfolio in the most secure way possible, which means that this portfolio may outperfom in some cases (in best scenarios) and make investments bulletproof in the worst ones, but, in general it will have a lower performance than some other coins or strategies. Yet, compared to traditional offline investment options its performance will be a pretty astonishing one.

So if you like the profits provided by cryptos, but you also like some sort of security, I highly recommend this series of posts.

This series has the intent to be educational, and ones should make its own reserach (and not take it as investments recommendations) and also to be dilligent.

Its also important to remind people that they should only invest money that they DONT need to pay their monthly expenses, and that every investment has its risks.
