Sounds interesting.... specially I love sport, and good commentator sometimes makes the difference watching the game. Some of them are so bad, so I just Mute them :D
I have seen some similar projects with: medical advice - where you can choose the doctor, practitioner.
And other I've seen was tutor, where you can choose freely, rated tutors.
