If BTC will go back in prices to October / sept levels'17, that will be clear buy signal for the other good coins. This is exactly what I am doing now, researching new and older projects, and accumulating their coins.
This bear market is very healthy for the whole crypto space: good projects will have a chance to full fill their promises.
Most people panic, and feel that time is not on their side, but it is actually the other way: time is on our side, specially if someone looking to quality longer term investments.
