Phoneum ICO Review

I have done an extensive research on the Upcoming Phoneum Mobile platform. Looks like a good one. Please check out my review below.

Problem it resolves - We all know about crypto currencies. I mean. I heard about Bitcoin in 2017 when it Started making profits. I am Construction Engineer and I just started in the market. Since then I have been hearing about, nodes, master nodes, icos and mining. Which, was for the pros. It was easier for me to get through ico, but Mining, those heavy machines, Ant miner, bit miner, jargons, I was not sure. It consumed lots of energy. So small set ups will actually not make that much money.

Solution: The mobile! Everybody has a mobile. Many have more than 1 mobile phones.

So what is Phoneum?

1. An end-to-end (P2P) mobile only mined and maintained cryptocurrency.
2. Available as Android and iOs app – build in Miner, cryptocurrency wallet.
3. A blend of PoW and PoT as consensus mechanism, gives power to the miners to earn rewards on total time spent on app.
4. Phone’s performance is not effected.

Positives:

1. Beta already out.
2. Bringing Mining to the Masses, so adoption will be good.
3. Will bring out their own blockchain.
4. Access to Point of Sale network – can be used for everyday purchases.

Drawbacks

1. Mobile mining is slow and as the number of miners is more the hashrate would be more.
2. Token economics can be improved.
3. Not many in the team are all stars
4. Low Hype compared to bigger projects

Team.
The team looks decent but they need to strengthen and bring in more powerful people.
