A Cryptocurrency economy for Youngs and Unemployed People Excluded from Mainstreaming Economy

I'm collaborating with a charity developing a platform to run e-learning courses on Practice Enterprises (PE). Practice Enterprises or Virtual Companies run like a real business firm and simulates operations in local, national and global markets. The platform is an adaptation of a open source ERP (Odoo) and will allow trainees to to simulate the skills and knowledge necessary to run the various departments of a company (administration, finance and accounting; marketing and sales; customer relationship; Human resources; logistics and value chain), etc. The pilot course will start in January 2018. The main beneficiaries will be 18 young NEET's (Not in Education, Nor Employment and Training). In the European Union (EU - 28), in 2016 there were almost 17 million young people aged 20–34 who were neither in employment nor in education and training. However we estimate that half of them have a degree, at least Bachelors and sometimes masters and even PhD.

Days ago I started to think myself if it would be possible to develop some synergies between this kind of e-learning platform and a cryptocurrency with fair rules of distribution to the trainees (a kind of "Proof-of-Learning") not only as an incentive but also as a seed capital for those willing to become self-employed and entrepreneurs or willing to engage with the new tokenized economy. The Tokens or Coins could also be a fair compensation to the facilitators (Trainers) not only for the courses but also to enable them to support those willing to start real business.

What do you think of this idea? Do you know any similar initiative? are you willing to participate in the design of such a proposal? Please, up-vote, comment and provide your feedback.
