But despite if that happen.. And it will become decentralize decentralized (as Nexus site says) .. There must be some connection / interfaces .. And they must be "visible" and therefore can be banned.
This is not easy.. Remember that our enemy is TPTB .. The ones who own this world.. i.e power over the global military complex.. All trading .. Law enforcement , IRS, land, etc. Etc.
Its not your next door neighbor we're up against.
If they try this it will be the end of them, as in, they will hang. Their best move at this point is to admit they lost and to try their best to get in front of this and cash in on it. If they do that, their heads have at least a chance of not ending up on a spike. ;)
