What Is The Best Crypto Exchange?steemCreated with Sketch.

While it is difficult to say which exchange is the 'Best' we have used the following exchanges for 6 months: Bittrex, CoinExchange, HitBTC, Binance, Cryptopia, YoBit and OpenLedger. There are dozens more, however taking these examples the important factors become Security, Fees, Speed, Ease of Use and Selection of Coins. Our Pick: OpenLedger

What is OpenLedger?

OpenLedger is a fully functioning decentralized exchange built on the blockchain for optimal security. The fees are low and comparable to other exchanges, however if you pay ~110 BTS ($50 USD) for an upgraded Lifetime Membership - the fees are 80% lower! OpenLedger is fast and easy to use. The selection of coins is average but growing daily with exchange profits used to purchase OBITS the exchange is continually growing.

Even more exciting is the fact OpenLedger is built on the blockchain - you can invest in the exchanges success! Profits from OpenLedger must be used to buy-back OBITS allowing the opportunity to invest into and profit from the exchange itself!

Why not profit from the trading of cryptocurrencies? With the volatile nature, exchanges win every time with fees. More traditional state based exchanges continue to be targeted by governments and criminals so the need for a decentralized exchange is greater now than ever.

OBITS tokens are hosted on OpenLedger, a cryptocurrency exchange powered by the BitShares network. Owning OBITS tokens allows you to share in the profits of the OpenLedger exchange. There is a limited supply of OBITS tokens similar to shares of stock in a company. Once a month, profits from the exchange are used to buy back the tokens. Once tokens are purchased, they are burned (destroyed) thereby reducing the number of tokens available.

This makes the tokens more valuable. Companies will also buy back their stock when they feel it is undervalued, taking shares off the market. A lot of companies will also pay a dividend when they have extra cash on hand. There may be a time when OBITS holders could be paid a dividend in BTS (BitShares) or even BTC (Bitcoin).

1. To open an account and start investing, go to: OpenLedger.

I use bisq which is also decentralized. Only done a few trades though.
I think decentralized exchanges are the future.
