What is happening with cryptocurrencies? 😱😱

Today the cryptocurrency market is completely RED, right now I just saw that from the list of the first 100 cryptocurrencies only Tether is saved, the rest is with losses of up to more than 30% in the last 24 hours ... a few captures screen so you can see it yourself ... if you are not yet seated ... SIT DOWN !! xD

What is your opinion?

I have read that they are "playing" with the market to make it fall and that the "whales" can buy cheaper, this we have seen it before.
Rumors and False News that cause the market to collapse, fear appears in investors and they sell all their cryptocurrencies cheaply and then see how the market rises again and they have lost their money ....

Personally I think it's time to put up with, not sell and wait for the storm to pass and everything returns to normal! What are you going to do?
