Infinex DEX will be a game changer

Infinex is one of the few projects seeking to create a fast and reliable decentralized network by utilizing masternode VPS for applications such as social media, online games and other applications. It is based off DASH with obsfucation for private send and Swift tx for fast transfers. There is an active community on Discord and Telegram.

The first alpha test of the Infinidex recently concluded. There will be a few more alpha and beta testing before the DEX goes live sometime in Q3. Crypto-bridge is currently only able to handle 100 transactions per second, and they have latency issues, which leaves a less than desirable trait. Infinex aims to solve the speed issue with the use of masternodes hosting VPS. Recent testing have shown that each masternodes are capable of around 600 users. Currently there are 800 masternodes in operation, which is a significant jump from 2 weeks ago.

If we look at the daily volume of Crypto-bridge at this time, it’s roughly 1 million USD per day and this is taking into account of the 100 transactions per second and poor latency issues people have to deal with on a daily basis. The DEX fees are 0.2% per transaction. So, if we use those numbers for the upcoming Infinidex, then 1,000,000 x 0.002 = 2000 in fees per day. Then divide that by the number of MN, which let’s say 1000 (currently 840), then that’s 2 dollars per day just for the fees. As we know, larger centralized exchanges process billions of dollars in volume per day. If Infinidex can even achieve a small fraction like 10–20 million in volume per day, then the shared rewards will be 20–40 dollars.

If you missed on the BCO tokens when Crypto-bridge started out, then this project is great for early adopters and believers. The 1000 collateral for a masternode with an ROI of 180–200% is very attractive. But as we know masternode only coins are almost useless. However, IFX will have a DEX and later try to integrate dApps in the distant future that will utilize the masternode and offer a shared reward system. Masternode rewards are essentially a small compensation for early adopters, but the real cake comes from the DEX and extra filling from the dApps. Infinex is not a currency project, it is a platform using masternodes for a stable and fast decentralized economy.
