Estonian news are taking about it.
News say that Estcoin could be used only by estonian E-Residents. And currency itself could be controlled by Estonian goverment. Money would be invested mainly in E-services development.
At the moment 'Estcoin' team is asking people to join the discussion and share their ideas about Estcoin.

I personally do not think it is a good idea at all to have a national cryptocurrency. Crypto should be globally used
