Is Wagerr going to launch?

I was keeping an eye on new betting coin Wagerr (WGR) as it was set to launch today. I was curious what this coin was going to do. News has been all empty hype so far though, and even though the founders keep saying it was going live I have yet to see evidence of it yet (GitHub repo is still empty - where's the code). Fail for WGR so far...
