A decentralized Exchange

Probably almost all exchanger are centralised, like bittrex, as I have a little issue in my account for verification. Bittrex needs your account to be verified. I verified it with basic but they want it to go to enhanced verification where you are going to submit your identity card. And the problem occur as I wanted to be anonymous in exchanging alts. What I have written in my basic verification is an allias, of course to mainten anonymity and when undergo enhanced verification, I got trouble and notified for identity mismatch. It will be mismatch as I am using an alias. Then I need to write a support in in bittrex proving that this is the real me. Then I ask myself, what if there is an exchanger that is decentralised, that no need for trust between and e asy to come and go!
