As I have written in previous articles, I declare myself an enthusiast of a recently born crypto project called "Mannabase" , which stands for fighting against extreme poverty around the world thanks to the power of cryptocurrencies and the blockchain. I think the idea and fundamentals behind the whole project are very strong and pursues a very noble and necessary goal, so that is why I decided to give a chance to this project and spread the word about its goodnesses.

I even chatted with some of the members of the team behind the project in their official telegram group , and expressed them some of my concerns about the real potential of the project and its future implementation, the usage of they do with the private data provided to open an account, as well as any specific date for the update of not yet activated important features such as "send and receive" your cryptos and "transaction history".

A friendly guy called Michael McLaughlin (who is the Front-End Developer of the project) assured me that no data provided will ever be sold or used for any kind of commercial uses, which was one of my main concerns when I decided to open the account (In the other hand, any time we download an app from the play store, use google or facebook, you are actually giving away your data to be sold or targeted for advertising, so I think we all are quite used to this kind of this kind of controversial business behavior... has anybody heard recently about Facebook and Cambridge Analytica? )

In the last days, I noticed that some of the main features marked as "coming soon" within the mannabase cryptocurrency platform have been fully activated. These have been some of the most expected updates within the platform to make it more usable. Now you can send and receive your mannas and also see in detail all the transaction history. Though, other features such as "settings" and "profile" are yet marked as coming soon.

In summary, I will follow closely the new movements of this ambitious project, and for the good of all, I hope it is a success and get as far as possible its goal of eradicating poverty and achieving a better world for all.
