I honestly think some people are scared of bitcoin at this point. I think some investors bought in at around or above the current price level. They got burned in the selloff.

I can really see this being true with the latecomer money. The people afraid of missing out, back in late 2017.

It becomes a chicken and egg thing. The investors want to see it go up before they recommit. But it won't go up until they invest.
