Hello! Everyone, welcome to today's post of Cryptocurrency news and activities. I had some issues relating to my internet connection and so could not post this yesterday as I normally post one day before the day of the events.

There are few interesting Cryptocurrency events that will take place around the world today.

1. Litecoin (LTC) Smart Contracts: Smart contracts will be used by Abra on Litecoin’s network. Planned to be released today.

2. NEO (NEO)XQRC Global Hackathon: NEO × QRC Hackathon@Tokyo is the first stop in the global blockchain development competition organized by NEO and will hold from Apr 13-15.

3. Stratis (STRAT) CEO speaking at C#Corner: Chris will be speaking at the C#Corner today.

4. SunContract (SNC) Platform Launch Event: Platform launch event available to Pioneers.

5. Aion (AION) Token Release #5: MOAR AION in Circulation! The 5th Release (monthly) of 6.25% of AION Tokens for those who participated in AION's Token Release Schedule.

6. Solaris (XLR) Zerocoin Activation: Zerocoin delayed to April 13 2018, which is today.

7. Bitcoin Private (BTCP) Merchant Plattfrom Beta: The current ETA for phase 1 roll-out is Friday, April 13th.

8. Oyster (PRL) Shell Airdrop: The snapshot of PRL addresses will be done at block height 5436000, which is estimated to be today at approximately 12 PM EST.
