Well 14$ as a target price is nice, would make a good 10x, the question is, will they hit it? I don't know Chrysos, do you have a short overview of it? :)

Yes they will obtain the target of $14 because they are setting the price at $14 for a few days so that investors feel comfortable loaning the coins. Which will take coins off the market, and cause the price to increase. They are a pure lending platform that gives you your loan back in tokens, and pays you interest in BTC.
