There are going to be hundreds if not thousands of blockchains in the world. There must be a Network to link them all together. It think it will be a huge market.
How far I can see, there are the following competitors:

• Aion
• ConnectionChain
• Lightning
• EXRNchain

I will make a short review on Aion today.
Like I mentioned above, Aion Network focuses on scaleability, privacy and interoperability between blockchain networks. It is the first potential Silver Egg for 2018!
Which means its has a potential of over 100X in 2018.
Team seems solid. Vitalik Buterin (co-founder of Ethereum) is one of their advisors, therefore green lights in this regard.
