An "algorithmic central bank" in collaboration with some government acting as a corporation going by the name of...perhaps the reserve bank that shall not be named? The decentralized-central wagon train station...?

Well, it's called "Basis," but who will decide on the inflation/deflation rates? Is there going to be a committee?

Tons of fiat money going into this idea. Let's see what happens!
