I wound up getting a cease and desist from one of the big 4 Bitconnect promoters trying to intimidate me into taking videos down. I'll say this it wasn't someone on Steemit so that really narrows it down.
I thin it looks really bad for anyone who scammed Bitconnect people and then moved on to Davor. Not having done that maybe they could play ignorant and be like shit I got scammed too, how could any of us have known, however once they move onto another scam it becomes a pattern of behavior and for civil suits as well as potential sentencing, though doubtful anything criminal will come of it, it just looks worse
Unless it's a court order, I wouldn't worry. If what you are saying is facts, they can't do shit. That's like Hitler who killed Jews getting upset that people are saying he's killing Jews. It's protected by the 1st amendment. Edit: To even further elaborate, Craig is already admitting guilt in his videos, so that will be used against him. Trevon went straight to Davor, another Ponzi RIGHT AFTER BITCONNECT. Both of them have sealed their fate. The sad thing is, the smartest one of the bunch was actually the youngest. He's kept his mouth shut.
