FBI shuts down Alphabay and Hansa

Expect the price of Zcash and Monero to possibly go down because of this. The FBI, DEA, Europol and a bunch of other arseholes have shut down two of the dark net's biggest marketplaces. Arrests have been made and further arrests will be coming due to "intelligence gathered". It may mean dealers, it may mean buyers, we'll see.

In some ways many of these dark net market sites only have themselves to blame for allowing things like "carders" to buy I.D details and stolen account information. If they just stuck to drugs they would get a lot more public sympathy as many people are against the stupid drugs war; a drugs war that turned into an actual war last year in Mexico as an astounding 20,000+ people were killed in the violence.

So, I guess my point is if you have these currencies maybe think about selling and if you've used either site, maybe make sure you don't leave anything that may be incriminating laying around your house for a while...
