Cryptocurrencies are in the Red !

What is happening in last days !?

Cryptocurrencies are mostly going down, I call this red days :

If we look at the charts in coinmarketcap.com we see this picture, I took 20 first cryptocurrencies all of them are going down :

Of course I am positive that everything will be ok soon, but I want to know the reason why it's happening now, I read that's because people are mostly selling their coins, some people are saying it's because government are controling that, but I don't think so, there is a main reason for that, if you know it share your idea about that please, let people calm down ☺!

Or maybe it's because buy and hold, so people are holding and no body wants to buy and this why all prices goes down !

Have we stop buy and hold or we need to do something better to change the situation ?
