Bitindia held a coin/token vote to try and see which project they'd list next. A few were contacted after the vote to pay 5 BTC, which came as a surprise. You won a contest and now need to pay money to collect the prize? 5 BTC is a huge amount, especially since BitIndia has so little traffic. This isn't the first time BitIndia has done something like this, nor is this the first low-traffic exchange to ask for installment fees. Bitindia scam
