It is social media. Write, post images with your writing, comment on others post and upvote. Simple as that, do that consistently and you will be rewarded.

About the money. It definitely won't be a high paying hobby. This is a new form of social media to get people more involved by adding an incentive to contribute. Expect nothing, be surprised by something.
