I have looked upon the information provided by the sites and sorry to say that wazirx and skrill can not be used currently in pak, BUT THE GOOD NEWS is that neteller can be used. I am posting the link of the nettler non supported countries and pak is not listed, thus you can probably use nettler in pak. But it also depend upon the bank of pak so Please verify before using it.
