I still find it very hard to explain to someone who has always seen art as being in an art gallery or on someone's wall, why someone would start collecting and pay for digital art. So reading your article now clarifies why this transition is happening and the advantages it holds for artists.
Like you, I'm really excited about all the possibilities of being able to store my work in a digital gallery, that actually protects my work and hopefully in time will attract the support I need to keep producing new and innovative artwork. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
Thanks for sharing! And, yeah, I've been thinking about crypto-art for about 8 or 9 months now, and this is as clear as my thinking on the topic has gotten (so far.) NOW, I just need an extra couple thousand bucks so I can go collect all the cool crypto-art I've seen but can't afford! (Ha!)

YES. It would have to be THE best time to start investing in Crypto Art. I already have 3 pieces in my Makers Place Collection that I didn't have to pay for, as they were awarded to me after commenting on the winners of some of the Makers Place challenges.
Like you, I wish I had thousands to buy some of the unique digital images at Makers Place. But slowly, slowly it WILL happen because I've always loved to be able to support my fellow creatives and where there's a strong enough will, there's always a way. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎
