What do you guys think?
I am not trying to be a FUD distributor, however, I am curious to where all this is going? Is cryptocurrency done for? Why is the price dropping so dramatically? I have about $1000 in all this and I am starting to worry a bit. I know $1k isn't really shit to have tied up in this. I'm not buying to make a profit however, I am investing what I can afford to lose. I truly believe in the cryptocurrency movement and what it in it entirety stands for. I have some questions that I would like some input on, if you guys reply to each question in a comment below. This is not a "upvote me so i can gain guldz" post. I truly need and want some input, thank you guys, the questions are below.
Will there be a correction?
Is bitcoin being manipulated to scare people away from cryptocurrency?
Have the international banksters infiltrated and are controlling the price?
How long will this last?
If it does recover, what are you thoughts on where it may go?
If it's the end of bitcoin, do you think another currency will take it's place?
What does all this mean for the future of cryptocurrency?
2&3: No bankers haven't infiltrated cryptocurrency. I mean, they obviously own some, cunning bastards, but there aren't enough bankers to manipulate the prices. They can buy big and dump once, scare people into thinking it's an unstable bubble, but they cant make a pattern of it. But i'm sure they are exerting political influence in manycountries to ban cryptocurrencies (eg. south korea), and spreading 'bubble' propaganda to scare people from trying to move away from banks. But this is the beauty of cryptos. The power is with the people.
6: Another better altcoin might always take over in the future. More efficient, lesser transaction fees, maybe anonymous (if that is what the people want), etc. But bitcoin isnt done just yet.
7: Because of the decentralized nature of blockchain and the philosophy behind it, I'm sure cryptocurrency is here to stay :)
