The ETH Scale will not only impact ETH but all the ERC-20 tokens that run on it. This correlation should make a major news impact, and that also helps adoption, buying, etc.
I surmise that buying pressure right now is extremely low for BTC (pending ETF) and ETH (pending forks). Once those are relieved, perhaps buying interest will increase.
