MEDIBLOC

It is a decentralized platform that tries to help patients control the management of their medical history and other data, and the possibility of choosing with whom to share them. This would prevent a patient from being interviewed by another doctor having to go through new diagnostic procedures to speed up the application of the treatment. Obviously, we are facing a platform that saves time and resources at the time of patient care.

BENEFITS OF THE USE OF MEDIBLOC

• The use of this technology allows you to have a patient with an account in which you can store all the information (exams, medical reports, etc.).
• It facilitates obtaining a diagnosis and more appropriate treatment.
• Provides patient data in real time.

BUT WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR A PATIENT?

Suppose a person, with an autoimmune disease, is traveling in another city and has a relapse during his stay. Inevitably, he has to go to a doctor, be with him, have to go through a series of studies and exams to determine the most appropriate treatment for him. However, thanks to MediBloc, the patient had the possibility of transferring his medical history and other data and thus expedite his prompt treatment and recovery, which would positively impact the realities of information processing on health issues and mark a new way in which a record of information is concerned. We would be talking in terms of practice and security in the information obtained.

It also provided benefits in the handling of information by insurers, which facilitated procedures to expedite the coverage (or not) of the medical procedure. For the field of research, it could mean the opportunity for the patient to share their information to start new studies in the treatment of the disease.

Definitely, MediBloc could be an option to facilitate the healthcare system, which could be avoiding the repetition of medical procedures and speeding up the patient's timely attention.
